Terms and Conditions are very simple for me. All shipping is done within three business days of receiving payment. If you are unsatisfied with you purchase please let me know upon receiving the items back I will refund purchase price. I personally send a small thank you with each purchase this is yours to keep whether you are satisfied with your items or not. Any damage in the shipping process I try to highly avoid but with the holidays slowly going to be on us I cant control what happens in transit any more then by carefully packaging your items. I do not use breakable glass ornaments or items for anything for my own personal fear of them not only breaking and hurting you but also your family and pets so the likelyness of your items being broken or damaged are a lot lower. I how ever do mark all my items fragile in hopes they are protected because sweet things like these can still be damaged or broken. I highly advise as always to buy insurance when you check out for your own safety when it comes to the shipping process because Im sure you have also seen the videos of people just tossing packages on trucks just in any way thats personally sickens me think that it could happen in the process of you receiving your items.As always I am here to answer any other questions but also to bring your holidays that old time flare with your purchases so enjoy this time of the year and may you find not just gifts under your tree but the people you love surrounding it also.
